What your account holds
Your workshop records: ingredients, recipes, batches, orders, contacts, and the product events tied to your signed-in account. That account data is included in your export and erased with your account.
Take everything with you
Your data export is one request in settings and returns your records in open, machine-readable form. Orders and inventory also export to CSV from their own pages, any time, no ceremony.
Deleting your account
Deletion removes your account and the product data tied to it. Export first if you want your records - deletion is not an archive.
Analytics, and turning it off
Signed-out browsing carries no stable identifier: no analytics cookies, no stored IP, and the daily-rotating hash cannot follow you across days. Product analytics on a signed-in account is account data, so it rides the same export and deletion. Three independent switches each disable analytics entirely on a browser - any one of them is enough:
