Every craft carries its own calculators - lye and water discount for soap, fragrance load, cure time, batch scaling, cost per unit - plus shared tools that work everywhere. In the workshop they live in the top bar and inside the recipe editor; the public versions on the site run the same math.

Honest math, visible assumptions
Calculator results show their inputs and assumptions in the open - a saponification value, an assumed density, a typical range - so you can check the work, not just trust it. Where a calculator touches safety (lye above all), the numbers are a starting point for your own verified process, never a substitute for it.
