The First Pour 6 min

Your first week on Artysan

From an empty workshop to your first tracked batch: ingredients, a recipe, and the daily rhythm the dashboard is built around.

Artysan is a workshop that keeps its own records. You make the way you already make; the platform's job is to know what that took, what it cost, and what needs you next. Everything below is on the Free plan, and none of it asks for a credit card.

The shape of the system

Four records power everything else: ingredients (what you have), recipes (what you make and what one unit truly costs), batches (the make, stage by stage), and orders (who is waiting on it). Connect those and the rest of the platform starts working for you: the dashboard's attention list, the shopping list that fills itself, reorder forecasts, and the production plan.
Enter a thing once, where it happens, and never be asked for it again.

The first-week checklist

Checklist0/6

The daily rhythm

  1. 1

    Morning: read the attention list

The dashboard's Needs your attention stack is the day's honest queue: batches sitting too long at a stage, overdue orders, low ingredients. Deal with them from there; every card links to the surface that fixes it.
  2. 2

While making: advance stages as they happen

Batch cards carry a one-tap advance to the next stage. Every advance shows an undo, so a mis-tap with soap on your hands is never a problem.
  3. 3

    Evening: glance at Coming up

The two-week strip under the pipeline shows what lands when: batches ready, orders due, reorder-by dates. Hover a day to see its entries; click through to the calendar for the full month.
